Boston has an excellent coach in Claude Julien, who lit into the team this week demanding better defense and responsibility. The Bruins offense has been sharp, second in the NHL in goals scored, tops on the power play. They are opening things up more, and now the coaching staff is implementing some things that Julien used to use when they had dominant defenses. The Bruins are 36-15 against the Metropolitan Division and 10-4 in their last 14 road games. Goalie Tukka Rask stopped 34 shots for his fourth shutout as the Bruins beat Pittsburgh 3-0 Wednesday night, keeping new Penguins coach Mike Sullivan winless after his first two games. The Bruins entered with the league's best power play and went one-for-four. Pittsburgh was #27 and went 0-for-3. Now the teams head to Pittsburgh and the Penguins have all kinds of problems on and off the ice. The lack of goal scoring that's plagued them for most of this season continues, ranked #28. Sidney Crosby has just six goals in the team's 30 games. Top goalie Marc-Andre Fleury, who started 25 of the first 29, is expected to miss up to two weeks with a concussion. The Penguins are 3-9 at home against a team with a road winning percentage of greater than .600. Take Boston.
