This figured to be a back-and-forth series with two teams that have similar styles, and it hasn't disappointed so far with Boston and New York splitting the first two games. The Islanders won 4-3 in overtime in Game 2 when Casey Cizikas scored on a breakaway, and Semyon Varlamov finished with 39 saves. Tuukka Rask stopped 38 shots for the Bruins and he still is 5-2 with a 2.06 goals-against average in seven games in the postseason. Overall, Boston has won 12 of Rask's past 16 starts. Also, Boston had beaten the Islanders four straight before its Game 2 loss and still has allowed only nine goals its past five meetings with New York. Boston is 48-20 its past 68 games playing on two days rest, and while Rask is dealing with some nagging injuries, backup Jeremy Swayman is fully capable with a 1.50 GAA in 10 games this season.
