Jordan Binnington stopped 27 shots as the Blues continue to win even without star right wing Vladimir Tarasenko, who is out with an injury. Arizona snapped a three-game losing streak with a 4-3 shootout win over Washington on Monday night and now it plays a back-to-back. St. Louis has won four straight with two days rest and the Coyotes have lost their last four versus the Western Conference. Take the Blues.
