Arizona at San Jose

In the last ten meetings between these clubs, nine times one of the teams was held to two goals or less. If that happens again tonight we have a good shot at hitting the UNDER. We have two very different ballclubs here. Phoenix can't score on the road (2.4 per game) but they don't play a lick of defense either. San Jose scores (3.3 at home) but their defense is stellar (2.2 per game). San Jose's defense has gotten even better of late so we expect Phoenix to really struggle on offense. Can the Coyotes hold down the Sharks? Consider that they do play much better defense vs. division opponents. Also, San Jose is 13-6 UNDER this season vs. poor defensive teams (those allowing 30+ shots on goal per game). They are also 12-4 UNDER this season after winning two straight. We'll go UNDER here.
