Arizona at Nashville

The Coyotes will be looking for their first win of the season tonight, playing at Nashville who has won each of their first two. Phoenix has been a mystery on the road thus far in their first two, as they have converted 4-12 on the power play, but have not scored when the sides have been even, and that can't last forever. They inexcusably allowed three shorthanded goals in their opener, and came back to turn away all seven in game two. Mike Smith has fared well behind the net for the Coyotes vs. the Predators, where he has made four career starts and won three times. It has been all the way back to 1988-89 when this franchise was in Winnipeg since the Coyotes started winless in their first three games. The Predators have looked good to open the season on the road, but finished last season losing four of their last five on home ice. I like Phoenix to get their first win.
