Arizona at Edmonton

The Coyotes are a terrible offensive team, at #29 in goals scored, #24 on the power play. This is also the end of a three-game road trip for Arizona and injuries are piling up, with six regulars banged up or out. Arizona just placed center Brad Richardson on injured reserve, joining goalie Antti Raanta, forwards Nick Schmaltz, Michael Grabner, Christian Fischer, and defenseman Jason Demers. Kevin Connauton, one of two regular defensemen with a positive rating, has missed the last three games. The Coyotes are on a 38-83 run on the road. They head to Edmonton, in the midst of a crucial stretch playing six of seven games at home mostly against non-playoff teams.
