Anaheim at Washington

The Anaheim Ducks have drawn the short straw in scheduling. They are in the most difficult scheduling spot of the season, as they are in the midst of playing 12 road games in a 15-game stretch. They are early into the second leg and opened with a win vs. St. Louis. They know the next five are all on the road as well, so getting wins early in the road trip before fatigue sets in can ensure a reasonable trip, and they will show up tonight. Washington has played better of late, but they are in a tough scheduling sandwich of their own, having played on the road last time out, home tonight, and back on the road again. I think they may lack focus and attention to detail. Play on Anaheim.
