This time Serge Ibaka led six scorers in double figures with 23 points and he grabbed 12 rebounds and Delon Wright scored 11 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter for Toronto, which shot 53.2 percent overall and 53.3 percent from 3-point range. The game went OVER by six points and three of the last four Raptors' games have gone OVER as well as four of the last six for the Wizards.  Washington is 1-8 ATS its last nine road games and 4-10-1 ATS its last 13 against Eastern Conference teams. Toronto is 4-1-1 ATS its last six games and 7-3 ATS the last 10 meetings with the Wizards, who are 20-8-1 OVER their last 29 games after an ATS loss.
