Washington at Portland

Washington is playing its third road game in four nights and it lost the first two to the Clippers and Lakers and now the Wizards are in a back-to-back spot. Portland is back home following a disastrous road trip, but the Trail Blazers have had two days off after scoring an average of only 83 points their last two games. The Wizards have lost five of their last seven games and shouldn't be laying this many points on the road as they are 10-20-1 ATS away from home this season. Portland has won and covered five of the last six meetings, including 115-110 as a seven-point underdog on Jan. 15. Washington is 0-6 ATS its past six as a road favorite and 3-12-1 ATS against teams with .400 or below winning percentages. The Wizards are 5-15-1 ATS as favorites overall. Play the Trail Blazers.
