Washington has lost two straight following a four-game winning streak after a 100-99 defeat at home against Indiana on Saturday. John Wall had 25 points and 12 assists but missed a shot at the buzzer that would have won the game. Portland is back home after losing the last three games of its road trip after winning the first three. The Trail Blazers lost at Detroit 123-103 on Sunday as the Pistons shot an uncharacteristic 52.4 percent from the field. Damian Lillard scored 26 points and C.J. McCollum added 22 points for the Blazers, who missed 20 three-point attempts. Portland won the first meeting 108-98 at Washington on Jan. 18 with McCollum scoring 25 points. Bradley Beal is injured again for the Wizards, who are 3-7 ATS their last 10 games in Portland. Portland is 4-0 ATS after a loss of 10-plus points and 7-1 ATS after an ATS loss.
