Washington at Portland

The Washington Wizards have been amongst the worst road teams in the NBA for several years. They have a lot of problems scoring, especially against winning teams. They have averaged just 84.4 points per game on the road this season vs. a winning team. Also, if you discount the outlier performance vs. Orlando where they scored 103 that average dips to 81.1 ppg. That would call for Portland to have to eclipse the 110-point mark to secure the OVER here - a feat they have accomplished just two times in their last 25 games. Washington's inept scoring has seen them play seven straight to the UNDER vs. a winning team, while Portland is 10-1 to the UNDER in their last 11 vs. a losing team.
