Washington at New York

The New York Knicks were a #2 seed in the NBA playoffs a year ago, and entered this season with great expectations. That never happened as the Knicks played poorly for most of the season, and appeared dead in the water. That was until 15 games ago when the sleeping giant woke up, and the Knicks have gone on a 12-3 run. And if the season ended today, amazingly, this team is in the playoffs. The Knicks know that they have been given a second life, and have taken on the same look of the #2 seed they were a year ago. Washington has never materialized into the team that many expected to see, and lack consistency. The Knicks are on a mission, and get the nod for the straight-up win.
