Washington is barely better than that at 6-25 and is off a rare win. Washington plays little defense as the Wizards allow 121.9ppg, which ranks 30th in the NBA and is dead last. New Orleans is in the same boat as the Pelicans, allowing 118ppg, which is 25th in the league. I don't expect much in defense, and both these teams feel like they can win this game. I would expect an up-and-down court game void of defense. Make the play OVER the total.
