Washington at Miami

The numbers have obviously changed for the Miami Heat with the departure of LeBron James. However, reducing them to what amounts to a "pick 'em" when you consider the home court advantage as the line here, shows some value as most expect the Heat to fall off dramatically this season. Washington made a giant leap forward last season, but they are not without issues to open the season themselves, as they will be without star Bradley Beal, and also without a key player off the bench in Martell Webster. That takes a lot of talent off the floor for Washington, and there is still plenty left in Miami to prevail over a short-handed Washington team at home. Lay the points on the Heat.
