Washington at Chicago

The Wizards have simply been a disaster, especially on the road where they are just 2-14. When playing against the sub-.500 teams, they are giving up 104 ppg, including 117 to the Bulls earlier in the season. The Bulls just refuse to play defense as in their last 16 games, teams have put up a 100 or more in 12 of the 16 games. The average over those past 16 games has been 106 ppg. This certainly has the look of their last game in Chicago where both teams reached the century mark, so I like this one to go OVER the total.
