The Charlotte Bobcats are the worst team in the NBA at 7-47, and are just 4-21 at home on the season. This isn't just a bad team, it is a bad team that has quit, and has now lost 11 straight games by a combined total of 137 points, or by over 12 points per game. The Wizards have lost five straight themselves, but this team at least goes out and competes every night, and should certainly smell a win here. The Bobcats aren't taking care of business at home, even vs. the weaker teams where they have posted a 4-12-1 ATS mark in their last 17 at home vs. a team with a road winning percentage of less than .400.
