Utah at Toronto

It certainly hasn't been a picnic for the Utah Jazz who seemed to be a cinch for a playoff spot in the West, but they are now a long shot. The Toronto Raptors expected to see a dropoff after Chris Bosh left, but I don't think they expected 17-46 through 63 games. The Raptors are now 3-14 at home in their last 17 vs a team with a winning record, so getting less than a bucket here does not loom well for them tonight.  In addition, this is a team off three or more days rest that has a lot of problems getting back in the flow as they are 0-7 ATS. The Jazz will play well here and are 5-0 ATS in their last five visits. I'll go with Utah here.
