Utah at Portland

This is going to be a long season for Utah and Portland and in many cases it already has been. Portland is 6-16 as they begin the post-Lillard rebuild. It is all about shooting in today's NBA, and Portland has shot poorly all season. The Blazers have connected on less than 44% shooting in nine of its last 13 games. Utah is 7-3-1 ATS to the UNDER in its last 11 games and they too have shot the ball poorly. Those 11 games has seen Utah connect on 45% or less eight times. This is going to be an ugly game, as Portland is 26-13 ATS to the UNDER in the last three years when facing a team with a losing record at home (4-1 ATS this year). Take the UNDER.
