Utah at Philadelphia

The Utah Jazz were once an annual playoff team in the West in the days of John Stockton and Karl Malone, but the Jazz have fallen fast and have not been competitive for awhile. They are 24-36 on the season. Philly is one of the worst teams in the league, but asking a poor team to cover a medium size number on the road is asking a bit too much. There is evidence of Utah's poor play in the role of a favorite as they have a straight-up home loss as a -9 point favorite vs. the Lakers, and a -7 point straight-up loss at home vs. Boston. Philly has been most competitive to smaller lines of late and are 5-0 ATS in their last five when taking +8 points or less.
