Utah at Milwaukee

The Utah Jazz started the season so bad last year that they were out of contention before November expired. This year they at least held their own at 5-7, but hit the skids again following with a 1-12 run to kiss their season goodbye once again. That has certainly made them look worse than they are at 14-28. Otherwise they are 13-16, and close to a .500 team, and we get some value based on their horrible record defined by 13 games. Milwaukee is vastly improved from a year ago, but just 11-13 over their last 24, and that looks similar to Utah's numbers without the bad streak, so the line is well overdone here. The Jazz have performed admirably on the road where they are 9-4 ATS in their last 13, while Milwaukee just 9-9 straight-up at home and 2-5 ATS here in their last seven. Take the points on Utah.
