Utah at Charlotte

Charlotte has had one winning season since the start of 2016, and that won't change this year. This team has been rebuilding for quite sometime, but they keep getting it wrong in the draft, and the progress is very slow. The Hornets are a woeful 10-33 on the season and going backward as they are 3-20 SU in their last 23 games. They have been outscored by just shy of 15ppg in the 23 games. Utah after a horrible start has played as well as any team in the NBA over their last 23 games where they are 16-7 SU and 17-6 ATS. these teams are miles apart right now, and I'll make the play on Utah.
