Toronto is dealing with several injuries, but it still is getting too many points against the hapless Wizards, who have won only five home games this season. Washington is last in the NBA in points allowed per game with 123.9 and the Raptors have won both meetings this season, including by 30 points on Dec. 27. The Wizards had a rare win on Thursday defeating Sacramento 109-102, but it was only their third win in 24 games and the chances of their winning two in a row are slim. This is an excellent opportunity for Toronto to end a nine-game skid and seven of the losses were against teams with winning records. The Wizards are 1-5 ATS their past six games and 4-10 ATS as home favorites of 5.0-10.5 points. Toronto is 6-1 ATS as a road underdog of 5.0-10.5 points.
