Toronto at Washington

The Toronto Raptors had home court advantage in this series to start, but my have things changed. The Raptors were torn apart by Johnny Wall and Bradley Beal who both dominated he Raptors guards in the first two games on the road. Toronto now has to win twice in Washington to reclaim home court advantage. Teams that start a playoff series in the NBA are 18-3 in the series all time. The Raptors also have injury issues with Kyle Lowery, and I think they try and slow the tempo here, because they were getting beaten badly by the Washington guards, and with Lowry not at 100% physically, they can't afford to get into a running game. The Wizards have covered three straight games in this series, and a pair of them never saw the total points by both teams get to even 190. The Raptors seemed to fall apart in the second half of the season, as did Washington, but the Wizards have seemed to regroup while Toronto is now 7-18-1 ATS in their last 29 games vs. a winning team, as well as 7-21 ATS after allowing 100+ in their previous game. The Raptors have gone four straight to the UNDER in their last four when following a game where their opponent got to 100 points, and enter at 6-1 to the UNDER in their last seven off a pair of days rest. This series has also played to a 14-6 mark to the UNDER in the last 20 played. This one should be tight to the end, but with Wall and Beal playing at such a high level, the Wizards can close late while Toronto doesn't seem to have it. Take Washington on the moneyline and the UNDER.
