Toronto at Sacramento

It certainly has been a frustrating season so far for the Toronto Raptors. They head to Sacramento with just four wins to show in 18 tries. They have won just one of their last six, but one was in overtime, a pair of others by a single point, and another by just 3 points. Despite the record, they have certainly stood taller than the Sacramento Kings who have lost eight games by 8 points or more on their way to 4-12. The Raptors have been better than the bad teams, and are 5-0 ATS in their last five vs. teams below .400.
