Toronto at Portland

Don't look now, but Portland is winning. They have posted eight straight wins and have guaranteed the first winning month in three seasons. This team, which started off 5-12, is now above .500 and sitting at 10-3 at home! The Raptors are coming on as well but we like the hotter Portland here. The Trailblazers are 6-1 straight-up this season vs. winning teams. They are also 8-1 following an upset win and 10-2 off an ATS win.
