Toronto at Phoenix

If there is a team that can challenge the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference it is the Toronto Raptors. While they trail the Cavs by a game and a half for top dog in the East, they have out-played them. Cleveland has a scoring margin of +7.1 on the season and Toronto totes +8.4. The Raptors started the season at 8-6, but have rolled to a 14-3 mark since. The scary part of the 17-game run is that they have out-scored opponents by an amazing 13.2 points per game, and are 8-3 ATS vs. losing teams. The Suns are already pretty much out of the playoff picture at 9-23 on the season., and at 1-6 SU/ATS in their last seven, they are playing worse not better. This should be an easy one for the red-hot Raptors, so take Toronto.
