There wasn't a lot expected out of either of these teams to start the season, but Toronto has opened some eyes. Toronto and Philadelphia both finished last season at 34-48, but the Raptors are 21-20 on the season and playing better than advertised. Unfortunately, the Sixers are heading in the opposite direction at 11-28 after starting the season with three straight wins, and are just 9-24 in their last 33 games. Toronto has risen above the mediocrity in the East and are now 10-2 ATS in their last 12 within the conference, while the Sixers have struggled in conference play at 4-12 ATS in their last 16. Toronto is 20-8-2 ATS here in their last 30, and get the call in this one.
