Toronto at Philadelphia

Nothing can be worse than starting a season at 0-17 as did the Philadelphia 76ers. The one positive thing it does create is line value as this team is bad, but not as bad as the 0-17 start to their season. Toronto has turned it up a notch as they arrive at the mid-point of the season a robust 27-15. The Raptors, however, are struggling more than they have all season as they own a 3-8 record in their last 11 games, and appear to be vulnerable here to a very high number. The Raptors have failed in four of their last five attempts to take down a double-digit number, and are just 2-8-1 ATS in their last 11 games overall. This is a good time to catch an overlay on the Sixers behalf, so play on Philadelphia.
