New Orleans thought they would see a steep improvement when they brought in DeMarcus Cousins to pair up as twin towers inside. That has certainly not been the case as they are playing worse upon his arrival. The Pelicans are just 2-5 since he arrived, and have just one win when both are on the court. Toronto is well equipped to take advantage of the situation, and have claimed dominance over the Pelicans with 11 wins in the last 14 meetings. They have also beaten the number in those 14 games at 11-3 ATS, and that includes 6-1 ATS when playing in New Orleans. The Pelicans have not found a way to take advantage of their new star, and until they do they will be overrated. Back Toronto.
