While the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers steal all the headlines in the NBA East, the Toronto Raptors continue to fall under the radar and continue to show they are a serious candidate to take down those teams and sneak away with the NBA Eastern Conference Championship. The Raptors are even with Boston in the loss column, and have a better record than Cleveland, but you'd never know it. I think this team is playing with a chip on its shoulder.
