Toronto at Miami

The Miami Heat has had problems figuring out who they are outside of a star-studded cast. They have had a lot of good moments on the floor, but a lot of indecision as well. They have scored under 100 in four of nine games, and 101 or less in 67% of their games, so for the firepower they have, it isn't visible yet. The Raptors are off a surprising win at Orlando and will likely be flat coming into this one. These teams have shown a propensity of playing low-scoring games, in particular when playing in Miami. The last 11 meetings have seen eight of them fail to reach the total, so I like the UNDER in this one.
