You don't hear much about the Toronto Raptors in the NBA East, as it is all about Boston and Cleveland. The Raptors have 10 losses just like Boston, and very quietly have put together the fourth best winning percentage in the NBA as we are heading to the half-way mark of the regular season. Chicago has been playing a lot better, but the way the schedule broke they had a lot of games with the opponent's top player out, and that will not be the case tonight. The Raptors are on a very good run at 14-3 in their last 17, and the offense has produced 110 points or more in 11 of their last 17. The Bulls are allowing 115 points per game over their last three and don't have the firepower to pull this one off. Take Toronto.
