Toronto at Chicago

Chicago beat Toronto 115-113 on Jan. 3 but the Bulls have fallen on hard times since, losing their last five games and eight of their last 10 contests.  Chicago is just 3-7 ATS in that span and lost last night 106-95 at Cleveland. Derrick Rose scored 28 points but his team shot only 39.8 percent from the field. The Raptors lost their last game before the All-Star break 117-112 at Minnesota but that was the finale of a five-road trip. Before that, they had won 15 of 16 games. The Bulls are 0-5 ATS their last five home games and Toronto is 6-1 ATS on at least three days rest. Lay the points and play the Raptors.
