Toronto at Chicago

At the beginning of the season, there were not too many that would see this game as nearly a toss up based on the line, with or without Derrick Rose. The fact is that the Bulls are a mess right now, and have gone just 3-9 in their last 12 games. They own a 16-point win at Toronto from earlier in the season, during their best stretch of the season when they won four straight. Things are different now, and Toronto will not only have revenge, but have won two of their last three. The only loss was to San Antonio, and they have been taking down losing teams as they are 6-1 ATS in their last seven against them. Chicago has played poorly against teams with a losing record at 7-20 ATS in their last 27, and home court advantage has been just a myth here where they are 18-37 ATS in their last 55. Toronto gets this one.
