The Toronto Raptors have had their way all season long in the Atlantic Division as they have had very little resistance in a division full of poor to mediocre teams. Charlotte came into the season with high hopes as playoff team and on the rise last season, but that notion short lived, and now barely cling to a playoff hope this season. Charlotte has done nothing to enhance their chances at 5-11 in their last 16 down the stretch, and are chasing three teams for the final playoff spot in the East. Charlotte has hurt themselves further at 2-6 ATS in their last eight within the division, and are going to fall short. Play Toronto in this one.
