Does playing back-to-back consecutive games against top teams make a team weaker or stronger, when the next game is against an opponent that is sub .500? Certainly after two tough opponents and two hard games, the next one must feel easier. Portland has been 5-0 ATS in such situations this season. Seattle has been a solid team at home playing above .500, but when they head out on the road they have been about as bad as it gets. They have won just three of their last 24 road games. We also like the OVER here, as 3 of the last 4 games here have been OVER. Totals in the 190-point range have seen a team off a 10-point loss or more, with both teams being bad (winning 25-40%) have gone OVER in 40 of 56 games. Seattle is also 19-4 to the OVER off of an upset loss as a favorite.
