San Antonio at Utah

The Utah Jazz made no real changes from their team a year ago, and sometimes that status quo leads opponents to figure out vulnerabilities and attack weaknesses with a lot to go on. The Jazz have suffered early and are out of the gate at 1-3, beating just the lowly Clippers. San Antonio just keeps racking up wins and has opened 2-1 on the young NBA season. The Spurs have replaced the long minutes usually accrued by star players to a wealth of depth that shows nine players getting from 21-29 minutes with no one averaging 30+. It makes this team fresh and able to do what they do best which is play defense, but also gives them a late lift. No one has topped 96 points yet on this team and going back to last year's regular season, the Spurs have kept 18 of their last 21 opponents under the century mark. While Utah struggles to find themselves San Antonio has a winning formula, rotates 9 to 10 players in and out, takes advantage of mismatches, and keep fresh legs for D-ing it up. I like San Antonio and the UNDER in this one.
