The Spurs held the Pistons to 39.7 percent from the floor while shooting 51.2 percent themselves. New Orleans has lost three of its last four games, including 100-95 on Wednesday when James Harden scored 39 points for the Rockets and Anthony Davis was held to 12 points on 5-of-13 shooting for the Pelicans.
