It's game seven, where home court often means everything, or at least a lot. The Spurs are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 Conference Quarterfinals games and the defending champs drew the toughest first round matchup. The Clippers beat the Spurs, 102-96, in game six Thursday night. The Spurs made 12 of their 28 three-point shots and still lost at home. The Clippers led the whole fourth quarter as Chris Paul and Blake Griffin combined for 33 points, 11 assists and no turnovers in the second half, with the duo dominating after halftime. For the game, they had 21 turnovers and one assist. The Spurs are just 5-11 ATS in their last 16 road games against a team with a home winning percentage of greater than .600. Now they head to LA to face a talented Clippers team that is 31-13 at home (the Spurs went 24-20 on the road). Power forward Blake Griffin has enjoyed a spectacular series with averages of 24.2 points, 13.2 rebounds, seven assists and 1.7 blocks and steals per game. The Spurs have had no answer for Griffin.
