San Antonio at Chicago

The Chicago Bulls have cashed in their chips, and the rebuilding process is underway. They dropped their first game vs. Toronto by 17 points, but a closer look reveals that it wasn't that bad. The Bulls allowed a 30-4 run by the Raptors, but otherwise outscored them by 10 points, so the nasty outcome was not as bad as it looked. They will be at home for the first time against the Spurs which should have them primed to take on an NBA heavyweight. The Spurs will be without Kawhi Leonard and Tony Parker. The line looks much too high, as the Spurs are on the road for the first time, and will be without their star and another contributor. I think that the Bulls will play well enough to play under the line in this one. Take the points on Chicago.
