Some concern around the Spurs is that they are still trying to get acclimated with new additions such as LaMarcus Aldridge. Well, they've actually looked pretty good, losing a close one at talented Oklahoma City then blowing out Brooklyn, 102-75. The Spurs were already a great team last year and look even better. With the age of some of their stars, injuries may take a toll over the long season, but they are healthy now having played only two games. The Spurs are on a 17-8 ATS run, 6-0 ATS against the Eastern Conference, and 10-4 ATS playing on one day of rest. They have a mammoth frontcourt edge over a small, finesse Boston team. The rebuilding Celtics are off a division showdown at home with Toronto and got roasted, 113-103, not ready for prime time yet. Toronto shot 32.5 percent in the first half and Boston was fortunate to be tied at 54 at intermission. In the end, the Celtics had 17 turnovers, got killed 53-38 on the glass, and allowed 11 three-pointers. Rebounding and three-pointers are something San Antonio does extremely well. The road team is 12-3-1 ATS when these teams meet, and the Spurs are 5-1-1 ATS, including 6-0-1 ATS at Boston. Play San Antonio.
