Sacramento at Detroit

The Pistons have seemingly turned things around. But, how can we ignore a 4-20 start to the season? Is Detroit as good as they have been playing lately during their 5-2 run? I don't think so. I put more faith in the 24-game sample. This team is 6-10 at home, getting outscored by 5 points per game on average. So laying nearly two buckets here is asking for trouble. Sure, Sacramento has their issues, but this is a winnable road game for them and I expect them to come to play. They are off of three straight losses and when that happens, teams really scratch and claw to end those kinds of streaks. The Kings are 7-1 ATS in their last eight when receiving points and 12-4 ATS in their last 16 games vs. losing teams. Detroit meanwhile is 7-19 ATS in their last 26 games when favored by less than 5 points. They are 1-6 ATS in their last seven overall as a favorite. Take the Kings.
