Portland at Washington

I don't think either of these teams would be satisfied with where they are at the mid-point of the season. Portland is just 18-24 and Washington is at one game over .500. The Wizards have become an over-valued team, especially at home where they have put together an 11-game winning streak, and in the process, going 10-1 ATS. Portland snapped a seven-game road losing streak, and have since gone 2-1 SU and 3-0 ATS in their last three roadies. I think the line is unfair here as Portland has been playing at a much higher level, and an 18-24 Western Conference team may not get their full attention. Make the play on Portland.
