The biggest surprise thus far in the NBA season has been the play of the Portland Trailblazers. Portland has been on the attack all season on the offensive end, and currently lead the NBA scoring with 108.3 points per game. Washington certainly has not been as offensive as they would have liked, as they average just 98.7 points per game, but signs are that this team is coming to life on the offensive end. The Wizards, over their last 12 games, have averaged 102 points per game, and have allowed eight opponents this season to top the 110 point mark against them. The Blazers, while scoring a lot, have also allowed 31 opponents to get to the century mark this season. Portland has played to a 34-16-1 mark to the OVER in their last 51 games following a win, while Washington coming off a double-digit win, have played eight straight to the OVER. Make the play on the OVER in this one.
