Portland at Utah

It's hard to believe we are just into the NBA season and every team has already lost at least two games. Portland and Utah, each at 4-3, will have a chance to move into the upper tier of teams with a win tonight. Utah and Portland are polar opposites as Portland likes to push the ball, while Utah goes deep into the shot clock and plays strong on the defensive end. Portland has achieved success despite shooting just 42.7% on the season. Portland has too much offense to be shooting that poorly and an adjustment is coming likely sooner than later, and the Jazz may be victimized by it tonight. The Jazz miss Gordon Hayward's presence off the glass and have been out-rebounded in all but one game, and in the six they have been out-rebounded in, it has been by a significant margin, averaging -7 per contest.
