Portland at Utah

The Portland Trailblazers had it going for a bit. Portland recently went on a six-game winning streak when everything was going their way, but they have returned to the team we saw before the streak, as the Blazers are now 1-4 SU and 1-4 ATS in their last five games. Utah is 14-42 and has, at least for the moment, played themselves out of the NBA Western Conference's basement. The Jazz have made some progress. They are 4-6 in their last 10 games, which may not seem like much, but it took them 17 games before going 4-6 to win four games. Portland is not in a comfortable spot as this is the 2nd time they have been a road favorite all season, and the -4.5 posted for this one is their largest spread of the season as a road chalk.
