Portland at Toronto

Toronto is barely .500 at home and has been beaten consistently by the West. Despite winning 17 of 18, and an unblemished 7-0 SU and 7-0 ATS against the East, Portland is still getting no love from oddsmakers. Not sure how many NBA teams that are on a 17-1 run are mid-level dogs in the NBA, but it just shows that the oddsmakers don't believe it. We have seen enough to be convinced!
