Portland at San Antonio

Both Portland and San Antonio are on a complete rebuild, and the Trailblazers head to San Antonio with a 13-31 overall record. Portland has won just two of their last 14 games on the road, and are coming off an overtime win in Houston. San Antonio is just 8-36 on the season, but Portland is just 1-4 SU on the road vs a team that has a winning percentage of .333 or less, and have failed to cover their last three against these poor teams. I think when your looking at a pair of teams with massive rebuilds, the home court looms large, and I will go with San Antonio.
