It has certainly been a disappointing season for Portland. Although they have lost five straight games, it appears they have not quit, as they have been a more than competitive 4-2 ATS in their last six, as well as 4-1 ATS in their last five when taking +6 or more. San Antonio has been consistently good all season, but heading down the stretch they have nothing to gain by playing a hard 48 minutes vs. Portland as a huge favorite. The Spurs have proven themselves on the offensive end. But as the playoffs approach you can see they have turned up the defense, allowing 100+ in just one of their last nine games. The Blazers have been decidedly UNDER as big dogs, coming into this one at 18-6 as a dog of +11 or more. The Blazers are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 as a dog of +11 or more as well, and are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 vs. the Spurs. Play Portland and the UNDER.
