Portland at Sacramento

There has been a long drought in Sacramento as the Kings have not won as many as 40 games since the 2005 season. Things did not go well in their opener as they were dumped by the Suns 125-94. Portland had some uncertainty regarding Jusuf Nurkic who is out with a severe leg injury. The good news is that Hassan Whiteside provided 16 points and 19 rebounds in their season opener vs. Denver. The Kings look to still be rebuilding which seems to have become a never-ending process, one that will lead to disappointment tonight vs. the Blazers who have beaten them in five of the last six meetings.
